COVID-19 Notice

NEW SHIPPING & DISTRIBUTION CENTER INFORMATION (Updated 4/7/2020)

To assist the efforts underway to slow the spread of COVID-19, and in adherence with the extension of “stay at home” orders from the Governor of Indiana, our Distribution Center located in Indianapolis will now be closed through April 20, 2020. The original closure date was April 7.

Online orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EDT on March 23, 2020, will not be fulfilled until April 21, 2020, at the earliest. Online orders received will still be accepted and will be processed to be shipped on or after April 21, 2020. Outstanding orders will be processed first. This date is subject to change based on the evolving circumstances of COVID-19’s impact.

Our ongoing response to dealing with the coronavirus (COVID-19) is and will continue to be aligned with recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as government guidelines.

Additional Information on Customer Service

As a precautionary measure to ensure the health and safety of our employees and community, our Customer Service Call Center will be closed beginning 5:00 pm EDT Friday, March 20, 2020.  During this closure we will be unable to answer phone calls or respond to voicemails.  However, we will continue to respond to inquiries submitted via email or submitted through the “Contact Us” section on the website.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hopefully, we will be back to normal service in the near future.
